Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or a workspace on Lynqr (lynqr.app), or use any part of the service. By using Lynqr you agree to them. If you use Lynqr for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. The service

Lynqr lets you create short links and QR codes, design and download QR images, host documents behind QR codes, see analytics for clicks and scans, and collaborate in workspaces with other people. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove something you pay for in a way that materially reduces the service, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Accounts and workspaces

3. Free trial, plans and billing

4. When a trial or subscription ends

If a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends or payment fails and isn't resolved, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see and export your data, but you can't create or edit content, and its short links, QR codes and document links stop redirecting visitors until you subscribe. We don't delete your content because a subscription lapsed, but we may delete workspaces that have been inactive and unpaid for more than 12 months after giving the owner at least 30 days' notice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload, including destinations, titles, images, logos and documents ("your content"). You give us permission to host, store, process, display and serve your content only as needed to run and improve Lynqr for you, for example to redirect visitors and generate QR images.

You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to it. Don't use Lynqr for anything our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

We may review links, QR codes and documents that are reported to us or that our systems flag. If content breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, we may disable it, block its destination domain, suspend the workspace or account, or report it to the appropriate authorities. Where it's appropriate and lawful, we'll tell you what we did and why. You can contact us at [email protected] if you think we made a mistake.

7. API

If you use the Lynqr API, keep your API keys secret and respect the rate limits. We may limit or revoke access that harms the service or other customers.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including the analytics we record when people click your links or scan your QR codes. When you collect information about your own visitors through Lynqr, you're responsible for having a lawful basis and telling them where required.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep Lynqr fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may need to perform maintenance. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynqr isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Lynqr is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Lynqr at any time. Owners can delete a workspace from Team & Settings → General, which permanently deletes its links, QR codes, documents and analytics. To delete your account entirely, email [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Lynqr after that means you accept the updated terms.
